Floral East Apartments
In 2020 we broke ground on Floral East Apartment Homes and the project was completed by 2022. The complex is made up of 23 town-house style units, each with 2 to 3 bedrooms.
Student Housing
Located in the heart of the South Campus neighborhood, we built this duplex in 2019. With a total of 8 rooms and 8 private bathrooms, this was one of our larger new construction projects.
Single Family Home
Built in 2017, this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home features hardwood floors throughout, centralized heating and air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer and a large backyard outdoor space.
