Owner/CEO Eric Enns is a generational Chico local and has nearly 25 years of experience and expertise in design and construction. Eric is a design visionary and creative force at HIWA Inc. He excels at helping clients dream up their visions and then making them into realities, designing spaces that are functional, thoughtful, and beautiful.

Originally from Missouri, General Manager AJ Fagan came to Chico in the early 2000s. AJ’s decades of experience with repair and construction—as well as his impeccable leadership skills—make him a pillar of perspective and professionalism at HIWA Inc. AJ is a vital part of our every day operations at our headquarters and out in the field.
